OUR STORY
Palm City started as a hobby that turned into a passion, and became a dream come true. Ryan, owner and brewer spent countless hours brewing recipes in his garage, year over year. He entered competitions and shared his craft and love of craft beer with anyone who would listen. One day he walked in the house to share a taste of his “Last Laugh” and his wife instantly fell in love with it! That night they started to put together a business plan to continue to spread the love of craft beer. So here we are today, welcoming everyone from the seasoned beer drinkers, to the lovers of craft beer to the novice and “non beer drinkers” alike we try new things everyday and hope that you’ll come and share a flight or pint with us too!
THE TASTING ROOM
Palm City Brewing features 15-20 rotating taps of IPAs, Pale Ales, Porters, Sours and specialty beers. With more than eight brewing tanks, a German-built canning line, and barrel aging program, we are able to create unique and award-winning beer year round. Palm City is best known for Hazify (NEIPA), Last Laugh (IPA), City Juice (NE Style IPA) and San Carlos Proper (Ale).

Providing a fun, engaging and welcome atmosphere is the mission of our bar team. In addition to a rotating group of delicious food trucks, we provide daily specials!

HOST YOUR EVENT WITH US
With a focus on families and the local community, Palm City Brewing provides dozens of large events every year to serve craft beer heads as well as locals. In addition to our public events, our 6000 sq. ft. space is available for birthdays, wedding receptions, gender reveals, holiday parties, happy hours, social events and more!
We are proud sponsors of the Golisano’s Children Museum, Wounded Warriors of Naples, Eva’s Closet, San Carlos Little League, Food Cooperative and the SWFL Ale Trail.
